case studyA two year procurement transformation in SHV Energy was executed from a fully decentralized (15 countries) to a global procurement organisation. Change drivers were upskilling the procurement organisation, processes and system landscape whilst delivering 15-20 mln Euro savings per year. The global procurement organisation was put in place after an efficient recruitment process, simultaneously branding the company and function with the employer value proposition.
