How to build a scorecard for a partnership or strategic relationship? How do you get the right KPI’s and their scores in an one page overview? In this download you will have an example of a joint scorecard that can be used in the ‘account meetings’. It is based on agreed KPI’s relevant for the year and for strategic topics like sustainability, service and delivery, quality, business alignment. Each topic can be assigned a weighing. The KPI’s are typically related to business objectives. Both parties can add comments to the scores of the KPI’s. In this manual example the KPI’s show a last meeting score, current score and forecasted year-end result. The example can also be used to come to an automated version in your SRM collaboration software.
