Interim, transformation and advisory

The usual approach after initial introductions, remote or face to face, at board or CPO level, and agreement on the assignment, is to start with an assessment to define a shared baseline on the situation, which is than followed by obtaining agreement on deliverables and journey. Examples for all of which use cases are available are:

• Assessing the current organisation maturity and performance, proposing a roadmap for change and execution of the implementation
• Interim managing a global or local procurement organisation, either Direct or Indirect Goods & Services
• Implementing transformation from a decentral to a central organisation or vice versa
